Q: When will creations be available for purchase?

A: L'Atelier de Ghat is thrilled to share in our debut excitement with you. At this time we have not publicly shared our unveiling date. We encourage you to join our Privileged Access List to be the first to know when our creations become available.

Q: Will there be an in person unveiling event?

A: Our debut launch will take place virtually, however in person purchase appointments will be available in Los Angeles and San Francisco for local clients. We invite you to join our Privileged Access List to receive first invitation to future exhibition events, and trunk shows.

Q: What is a preorder?

Placing a preorder is a purchase of the creation selected. Once you place your pre-order and we receive payment, our artisans begin crafting the pieces in your order. At this time most purchases made at L’Atelier de Ghat are pre-order purchases, and all pieces are made to order. Please allow a MINIMUM of 6 weeks from the time of pre-order for the final delivery of your jewelry creation. 

Q: Do I need to preorder in order to acquire a creation?

The Atelier takes great pride in every piece we create; at this time we only accept pre-orders online. This is to ensure each individual piece is of the highest possible quality and created with the utmost care and precision, made especially for you. We are committed to reducing waste and excess production, and have consciously decided to adopt our made-to-order practices. We deeply value your patience in our pre order process.

Some select pieces and variations may be available immediately in San Francisco or Los Angeles, by arranging an in person appointment. Please email info@atelierghat.com to inquire about in person acquisition appointments. 

Q: Why is the pre-order timeline estimate so long?

The birth of each creation is a careful and multifaceted process. All pieces are expertly casted, carefully hand articulated, stones individually set, creations hand polished, and subject to the highest level of scrutiny in the final inspection process. Each piece is thoughtfully and individually gift wrapped and each note handwritten when you purchase a creation from L’Atelier de Ghat. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding of our unique creative process in providing you with an extraordinary creation that will last generations. 

Q: How do I place an order?

All creations accompanied with an “Add to Bag” option may be purchased through our www.atelierghat.com website. 

Once you have found the pieces you would like to purchase, click the “Add to Bag” button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your payment information. 

Q: How many creations may I purchase in one order?

We deeply appreciate your support and are humbled by your enthusiasm to acquire the Maison’s works. At this time we allow a maximum purchase of five L’Atelier de Ghat creations in one order.  To discuss special or larger orders, please email info@atelierghat.com

Please note that we cannot ship to multiple addresses in a single order. Should you need to ship to multiple locations, each address will require a separate order.

Q: May I view the creation I’m interested in before pre-ordering?

Yes, virtual appointments are available to view all available piece as well as sizing options, and can be booked on our Virtual Appointments page or by emailing info@atelierghat.com.

In person viewing and purchase appointments can be accommodated in San Francisco and Los Angeles for local interested clients. Please email info@atelierghat.com to arrange in person appointments. 

Q: What if my chosen creation is unavailable?

If you are interested in purchasing a piece that is currently unavailable on our website for pre-order, we invite you to email info@atelierghat.com and we can provide you with additional information. 

Q: What if I want to modify or cancel my order?

Please note that orders can only be canceled or modified within 48 hours of the purchase. To discuss a modification to your order or request a cancellation, please email info@atelierghat.com.
